No reason it couldn't work for your nose, though I wouldn't be the first to try.
(As for my aquiline nose, I think there's Roman Legionaires in my Germanic past. :) )
1 up, 6y,
In my younger days, I'd put a couple capfuls of bleach in a sink of warm water, dunk my head and take the water into my sinuses. Cleared up all excess mucus and dirt I'd breath in at work. I breathed well for a week, then needed to do it again.
Back when I was on oxygen, my sinuses used to get real dry. I couldn't blow the dried mucous out, but I have a couple pairs of electronics tweezers. Long and skinny. Get up in the morning, tweeze those boogers out, and easy breathing the rest of the day. I also slept well.
