It's a Reddit thing.
If someone posts something like: "You should give your dog heartworm medication every month.", And his username is something like "dog doc", you respond with "username checks out".
But your name says you love truth, and you're spewing propaganda, so sorry, bud...username most definitely does NOT check out.
