Hi BadPuns! I had a partial notification from you, but as my comments were removed (looking into why, the original contributor can't tell me) I looked you up and read it. Firstly may I apologise for annoying you, it was not my intention especially because as you say I am British and was in no way attempting to tell you about your country or your political system. I am not partisan or political, but I am old enough to have observed worrying patterns emerging in world events before and what I see in America makes me very anxious. I think anyone with children would look at this present division and conflict and be very troubled by it. So I am sorry if my fears have given you the wrong idea about where I am coming from. Not everyone who has a different perspective is being contentious, sometimes they might be just plain scared by what they see. :)

Not your fault. And btw, I'm still a teenager, so I don't know everything I'm talking about, but I have a good idea. Our country barely teaches us how our government works, so I don't comprehend how others see our government. There are clear issues, I admit with Trump, I was reluctant to support him, but he was my last option. I'm more concerned about how rioters, protestors, and liberal-biased news media coverage makes our country look. I fully understand your concern, and many of my friends are liberals, so I try not to talk about it in real life, so I let off steam here because this site is mainly conservative, with a few exceptions. I want to apologize if I sounded aggressive, and I feel bad for your family. Hope you feel better soon :)

Thanks BadPuns! I have a couple of lads myself and I know how frustrating they find our political system here in Uk !! So I understand where you are coming from. Thank you for understanding why I am afraid for the future. Stand up for what you believe and don't be afraid of arguing, even if you might upset a few people in the process. People can't always agree with everything you say, but they should defend your right to have your opinion heard. Also sometimes when we exchange ideas and concerns we find we are not as polarised as we thought and our common ground is the place where we can start to build something together. Sounds to me like you are a smart lad who has already worked that out. Thanks again for your courtesy. :)
