Strewth! I found out it wasn't because it had a spammy watermark on it, even though it was in the user templates. Corrected as soon as discovered why, and it was featured. It posted.

ironically the meme in question ended up being featured not long after, but it was about 16 hours in that i made this. figured odds were pretty low on it getting through at that stage
