Executive orders

ALL new presidents sign an executive order freezing hiring, and another freezing the previous presidents' executive orders. QUIT ACTING LIKE TRUMP IS THE FIRST IN HISTORY TO DO THIS! Obama did it, both Bushes' did it, Clinton did it, Reagan did it... etc... etc... *** BREAKING ***
