I feel like this very one sided.

Samus with her ice weaponry and seeking missiles would probably win.

Any reason? He has no defense against an ice beam. Or a radiation beam.

And Samus' plasma beam can kill magmoors, which LIVE in lava. And her wavebuster could stun (and possibly kill) Torch, so he'd have to keep his distance.
