Go find the '80s series. All Sherlocks that came after, including Cumberbatch's masterful interpretation, come from Jeremy Brett's perfect rendition.

I have viewed it, at first this series blew me away, now it's just more of an ill wind blowing.

I heard it was 'glum' this season, although I haven't seen episodes. Brett nailed the perfect neurotic Holmes on the BBC, and the Watson wasn't a buffoon but quite intelligent.

I do like the tension of Watson and his conflicted feelings for Sherlock, he isn't gay but probably has a savior complex. IDK WTH I'm talkin about LOL
