Unclear at present (conflicting statements) - build the military today....a few weeks ago, a little more circumspect about that particular project....during the campaign a lot of vague desires for working out deals with our adversaries - not "Nation Building" and Globalist over-reach. So the who needs expensive, problem-plagued jets?
