Unfortunately, that vibration they're feeling can interfere with other electronics. My ex has an ICD. That's an Internal Cardiac Defibulator. The vibrations of the loud bass will cause her ICD to malfunction and create a torturous pain in her chest.
It may not be on par with wildly shooting a gun in the air while driving, but it can have that effect.
