I got locked out of my online banking account because apparently I was typing the wrong password, and then I got really mad. I was then trying to let it go but I wasn't doing that at all. So I decided to lay on my bed and then I had all these thoughts of failure, which lead to me being sad. I know this might sound weird, but I tend to not let things get to me that often, and when I do get sad I tend to remember those moments. Anyways, I'm alright it's probably my ADHD, but I just got to learn to deal with it.
