Getting front page is a crap shoot. I never made it with my previous account, but I got lucky with this one.
Right now, you average less than 1.5 featured memes a day. The fewer memes you have out there, the less likely someone will see them. I have about 50 more featured memes and I started this account a week and a half after you started yours.
Next, let's look at the comments. 49? It's like your only comments are replies to your posts. Replying to comments on your post is a good thing, and I commend that, but it looks like you ignore other people's memes. Unless you have a super fantastic meme, don't expect front page unless you're willing to do a little politicking. But don't do it as a submission unless you have the determination to use the advice given.
Getting Into discussions helps you grow your points. Right now, I still need oved 200k to make the leaderboard. (Another way to get noticed) but I'm getting, on average, about 3K a day, but that improves with time.
Another thing that getting into discussions does is it helps you figure out what other members want. Raydog is at the top spot because he not only replies to people's comments, but when he gets a chance, comments on other people's memes as well, and never a negative comment. Don't have the time? Come up with meme ideas during your free time and put them together right away.
Utilize memes in your comments and replies like I did here. It's not one I'll submit, but it's one that makes a point and is proper here.
Go through my comments on other memes that refer to page one, and you'll see a lot of solid advice.
