TOFFEE CRACKER BARS
Saltine crackers
1 Cup butter
1 Cup brown sugar
12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1 Cup chopped pecans
Line a jelly roll pan with foil. Place a layer of saltine crackers over the entire surface of foil. Combine sugar and butter in a saucepan and boil for 3 minutes. Pour hot sugar over saltines. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Sprinkle hot surface with chocolate chips, spreading evenly as they melt. Sprinkle chopped pecans over top and lightly press into melted chocolate. Cool and cut or break into pieces.
These are super easy to make and are addicting. LOL! Wouldn't Imgflip hate it if we all started sharing recipes. :D
