Generally, they don't pull flagged, but will add an NSFW tag on the post. This meme is almost, but not quite, the same as when Lenny Bruce did his glue sniffing but on the tonight show. There was another bit he was going to do, but the censors nixed it. Hecdid the glue sniffing routine, they loved it because they had no clue it was an actual thing.
