It's not necessarily shady to have that many views though. It's possible it was a meme comment on a highly viewed meme before he submitted it (the topic doesn't really seem to fit that, but you never know).

The problem is the meme does not make sense. It is also the persons only meme. I would not have called him out unless he looked completely shady to me. I upvoted it because I wanted to bring attention to it. Not to mention, I commented and it never showed up. My upvote did not even count either

Upvotes don't count on anything more than a month old, apparently. That meme is older than that.

Okay, thanks for the upvote knowledge. However, my comment never appeared, not to mention only 1 upvote, the meme also is not even funny either, and it is surprising how far back it is. It took me about 5 minutes of random flipping through images to find it. Not even on purpose either. It is also very strange, my view did not count, and he had exactly 25,100 views, something very hard to hit as a not-so-funny meme. His account has nothing, except that picture. He apparently put in that one meme and never touched his account afterwards

there are a lot of things like that on this website. odd.
