3 times my kids have broken their phone within the week they have gotten them.
The worst was when my daughter Katie, as we were walking out of the Verizon store, was so excited and involved in her brand new, very first phone she ever got...
She missed the step, fell into the street, and her phone literally went flying, and was ran over by a car!
Oh yeah.... I think that was the shortest lived protection plan for a phone... ever!
Cost me $75 to replace that phone.... and every employee laughing about it... cause yes, several actually witnessed it!
My youngest just got her iPhone last week, on Thursday,,, Saturday she had it in her back pocket and sat down, shattering her phone!
She pulled it out and I just about died! It is up to her to buy her self a new one!
I have had the same iPhone 4, for the last 6 years...Never had a problem with it.
