The first guy I saw use it was a1508a. A search found me someone else who had done it months before a1508a. I commented on his meme to see if he did it but no reply. I made a meme with that template and Hokeewolf saw my meme and loved it (The template not my meme lol) and used it a lot after. But I'm afraid he didn't create it, But sure he would have loved to have :) lol

If you are talking about the Gilligan pun, I had made that a while back. Glad to see people find it funny and are using it.
