Jotunheim, by the way, is part of the Nine Realms or Nine Worlds. Niflheim (the land of mist), Muspelheim (the land of fire), Asgard (the home of Thor, Loki, Odin, etcetera), Midgard (Earth), Jotunheim (the home of the giants, or frost giants in the Marvel universe, of which Loki is one), Vanaheim (the home of the Vanir, masters of sorcery and magic), Alfheim (land of the elves), Svartalfheim (land of the dwarfs), and Helheim (the Norse version of Tartarus). So...all these "heims". Alfheim, Vanaheim, etcetera... Get it?

It's a Thor reference. Jotunheim is Loki's birthplace. Loki is actually a frost giant (or Jotun) not an Asgardian.

Jotunheim is the realm of the frost giants, the enemies of the Asgardians.
