I found a surving link to his account and it said that this user no longer exists because it violated twitter's ToS. The last surving link to his account is mysteriously gone- literally disappeared from a tweet. It was in the Paola guy's post- and it's still a pretty odd tweet. 2015, too? The twitter account included in that tweet was "twistedjeffrey", makes sense considering the other names he's had.
