The use of 10 Guy here makes me think of a friend of mine. When we go drinking he's a big guy and can go one-to-one with me on beers, but when I notice three or four beers in he's getting seriously wasted it means he's been 'smoking-up' all afternoon.
It's mostly medicinal. When he starts in on the back-slapping I'm like "damn, dude, you had some serious anxiety didn't you?" But it seems to work. Same with his wife. Once Oregon legalized it for everyone their medical bill went way down. ;)
