It is better than it was, I've only had 1 of about 10 feature on the top 5 pages of the latest, but they aren't featuring on like page 20 either. Overall it is an improvement for sure though ;)

It's funny to me how we all are so loyal to this website, we love it here and spend a lot of time caring about the flip. Yet we have no idea who the great Oz is behind the curtain or anything about how things work that effect all of us. I'm not complaining, just might be one of the secrets that makes the flip so much better than other sites ;)

I've had one conversation with Dylan...because my icon was mysteriously changing by itself...but that has been stopped.

I've talked to Dillon twice I think, he seems pretty laid back and a decent sort of fellow, I think they must have a rule about mods not influencing anything on the site but the rules. Which is much better than them trying to micro manage everything. If they had personal relationships with some of us they would get accused of playing favorites I'm sure.

I bet some of them are responsible for most of the anonymous memes that are good. I know they have accounts but they aren't ever on the top 100. Only Brian Williams knows for sure ;)
