Haha I figured that's what you meant, but I think according to my sentence structure you should have said "Or will it?" To say "Or has it" I would have had to say something like "Because... Has never changed someone's opinion". Just a little grammar nazism for ya

I said "will not" which is future tense. :) Your response was in past tense, when it should have been in future. :)
