they keep calling them "legal residents" but wtf does that mean? This is at least the second major attack on US soil in the last few months where they're all like, "the person was a legal US resident" uh ok, can we not get any more detailed?

Jumped curb to strike people with his car, then STABBED said people who were too badly injured to flee. Yeah, probably intentional. Maybe, MAYBE he's a Cleveland fan? It could happen...

"Maybe" cuz you know, its always so annoying when you accidentally ram your car into pedestrians and the start cutting them with butcher knives. Darn i hate it when that happens!
