it's correct.... Jill Stein is just a proxy, because she cannot possibly win.... She is doing this on behalf of Hillary, mostly for the donation money (a lot of whatever is left over will go to the Green Party)... Hillary obviously had to know all about the recount efforts, and -- despite conceding -- has allowed it to go forward (and if it was pushed by Stein, Hillary could distance herself from it)... Of course, now Hillary IS (publicly) involved in the recount efforts -- I guess once she found out that the 'coast was clear'?
