With my type of allergy, if it’s fully emulsified, I can eat it. If it’s got chunks of egg in it or is made from straight egg products(think breakfast eggs, deviled eggs, chicken and tuna salads with those little chunks of hard boiled eggs, and hard and soft boiled eggs.) I can’t eat it, otherwise I feel extremely nauseous and will not eat for the majority of the day. So, it is possible to be allergic to eggs, but you can eat products that have egg in it.
