Bill Clinton settled on a rape case, do you admit he's a rapist?

Wait, I'm not done. You are a prime example of absolute ignorance and an indifference to that ignorance and feel no shame or or guild produced by it. You embrace it. Anything that is demonstrably true contrary to your ill informed, parroting of lies, is discounted without a thought. Let me guess.. well he probably raped other people.. something like that I'm sure. When will your ilk finally stop being lazy and incurious? It is amazing, any statistic, record of fact, essentially truth and knowledge are summarily dismissed if they do not jive with "what you have been told". Ignorance and hate of fact, truth and knowledge have become a religion to you people. You have so internalized this sickness that you now self identify with the lie based dogma and persona, that it has become a part of you and you can no more easily remove this than one could convert from Islam to Judaism.. Your kind, simply can't be reasoned with. Reason plays no part in how you construct your beliefs, it is understandable that reason can't sway you to change them. And by the way. R_ a pe is a CRIMINAL offense.. it can't be "settled". Those would be civil suits where monetary relief is sought for some tort that is outside the criminal offenses that are prosecuted by the state. YOU and those like you are the problem. Don't ever forget that, and don't delude yourself that you are not. If you ever do think and you think about what I said, being honest with yourself, you will know deep down that you are the problem. You will realize that you actually know very little and that you simply base your beliefs on whatever your neighbor posts on facebook. My words escape you. I know. Just know at some point, society will progress to a point that displaying your beliefs will be met with an immediate and negative consequence. Think of it as if you are in a job interview and you announce walking through the door that Elvis is alive and living in your closet and the earth is flat. That is what you have to look forward to and you will be bewildered and angry. You deserve far worse, but, that will be your lot in life.

Wrong. He settled with Paula Jones.. it was not rape.. it was sexual harassment. So with the double fail, your allegation of Billy C being a rapist, because he settled a lawsuit on a different matter, I find it lacking.

No one gives a f**k about your essay. You're a moron. The point is that if settling implies guilt, Bill is a sex offender. Now, try not to let your tiny dick fall off and mash the keyboard again for a research paper, because I won't read it for a second time.
Also, riddle me this:
Is fraud illegal?

Bill Clinton is not a sex offender. He has never been convicted or charged with a sex offence. Sexual harassment is not a criminal offense it is a civil matter. Yes, fraud is illegal. Trump settled the civil action filed by the victims of Trump University. However, NY State could still press criminal charges. Trump bribed the DA in FL to drop the case there. I did not write a research paper, obviously you have never been tasked with that endeavor. I am simply not ignorant and posted well established common knowledge. If you choose to speak on legal matters, you come across better if you have some basic understanding of the law. I would never debate or speak to issues of quantum physics, because I am not at all educated on the subject. I see that the bewilderment and anger are just under the surface with you. It will get worse. Stupid should be painful and cause discomfort. I am pleased that I was able to afflict you with a few words.

Holy shit. THE POINT IS THAT SETTLING DOESN'T IMPLY GUILT. How f**king stupid are you? I don't give a shit. The point was that settling doesn't imply guilt. How many times do I have to say that? Fine. Back it up. Do you admit that Bill is a "Sexual Harasser?" How about how Hillary slandered and covered it up? THAT is what makes it illegal.

And you still haven't answered my question: Is fraud illegal?

I did answer. Is reading comprehension or retention the issue? I think by asking that, you made a lot of my points. Thank you. Yes, for the second time, can you hear me in the back? Fraud is illegal. Settling certainly implies guilt. It does not prove guilt nor can a settlement be used to establish a pattern of guilt in any future criminal proceedings. Yet, it implies guilt by the reasonable person standard. I would say it is safe to say that by any definition, Bill Clinton is a sexual harasser. Slander is a very different thing. Hillary did not slander anyone. The burden to establish slander is very tricky. Hillary has never settled a slander suit. I would think that if the burden could be met, some lawyer would have brought action and won. Getting back to the settlement for the fraud case. Trump has a lot of lawyers and has been sued thousands of times. His lawyers know that settling on a bogus case that can't establish the elements of fraud, is a slippery slope and invites other similar suits. However, if his lawyers know that the elements are met, and that a jury is likely to find against their client, they want to control the amount paid in damages, not the jury. Hence the settlement. This is just how it works. It can't be more simple. His lawyers knew their client was engaged in fraud, the disclosure let them know that they would likely lose. A jury could have awarded any amount they chose. From 1 dollar to 1 billion dollars. They controlled the cost of the crime as any good lawyer would do for their client.

Please condense or erase that comment. I'm not reading a f**king essay on an Internet argument. Get a f**king life.
Also, you said sex offense can't be settled on because it's a criminal case. Yet here you are, talking about how Trump settled on fraud, which is criminal. Keep trying.

You can have civil action brought against criminal acts. I said r ape can't be settled on the criminal side other than a plea agreement. The defendant could still be sued in civil court as well and that could be settled with the agreement of both parties. Criminal defendants often face civil litigation as well. OJ Simpson was criminally charged and tried, he was also sued in civil courts by the Goldman family. You had me at "I'm not reading". Of course you don't.

Exactly! Donald wasn't tried criminally, despite it being a criminal issue.

No.. the DA declined to press criminal charges. Much higher threshold in securing a conviction in a criminal court vs a civil court. For your continuing online law class. Criminal standards are set at "beyond a reasonable doubt". This is a fairly high standard in cases like this. DAs care about conviction statistics. Truth. Civil standards are much lower, a jury only has to find that it is most likely, with the bench mark set at 51% chance of a civil claim vs 49%. In civil actions, juries only have to reach the 51% chance of of that fraud was committed to rule for the plaintiff. Hence, the rush to settle. These are just legal facts. You still don't understand that one may not be charged criminally to have civil action brought against them for a case to go forward. Your lack of curiosity and sheer ignorance would have stopped this law course many post ago, but you are lazy and don't like to read. Your words. Hopefully you will retain a small part of this explanation of how the legal just system works and ever so slightly reduce your abundant ignorance on the subject. Just pick any topic, I will take my time to provide you with the reality concerning the topic. Maybe you can learn? How about guns? I love guns and answer any questions you have about guns or gun laws in general. I would stay away from the constitution .. just a friendly pro tip.

No shit, man. I don't see the point you're trying to make. I get it. Settling doesn't always imply guilt. You just agreed with my lads statement.
