Where I got the urinal reference from ( here's where I overthink ) is I've heard people call a toilet the "head" and I thought "dickhead" would be specific to a urinal. See? I need counseling :-)

I have to admit I don't actually "get it" unless "dickhead" is a slang term for something at their work - a vending machine or something? Hopefully the mystery will be solved :)
