I've never pleaded for specific memes but I got put in 'improve your commentary' h3ll once for - as far as I can tell - one meme comment that was risque and I used the e-mail provided to plead my case on free speech grounds and was back on in about an hour. Maybe coincidental, but I didn't do much improving of my commentary before then, so someone in the heights might be prone to listening. I also think part of it might have been that a certain user-not-to-be-named-here flagged me for arguing too strenuously against his anti-Islam meme; I know he flagged a couple others for similar reasons. I used that in my free speech argument so maybe that got sympathy. They're definitely secretive.
