I think you meant eight years ago, and actually I don't remember Romney or McCain supporters rioting in the streets. I also don't remember any republican claiming they were moving out of the country, much less Somalia if their candidate lost.

If that were true, all of the Conservatives would have fled to Somalia right years ago.
