I do $50/week premium, $30 copay every doctor visit (going every other week), and prescription copays. I have $1,000 deductible and a long list of services that fall under that category, including labs. After the $1,000, I still have to pay 20% copay on those.
I'd say about 1/5 of my gross goes to healthcare.
