On this issue, you don't seem to accept how few bad apples it takes to spoil the whole barrel. Yet, you probably think ISIS members in this country are a serious problem, and they're much fewer in number than the white minority giving people of color trouble. The typical election would give evidence ISIS doesn't exist, by your logic - their guys don't even bother to run. :)
