I don't have the time to get on here nearly as much as I used to. I basically just make memes and post them. Can't comment as much any more.

I had strep when I was about 12, maybe 11. It sucked so bad, I remember I couldn't move my head more than an inch in any direction.

I'm back to wok today, even my scalp is sore. I can't believe how horrible it is!!!!

Yeah, and the way they check to see if you have it (at least when I was 12 back in the early 90's) is by scraping the back of your throat. Ugh!

They do it with a swab now but it's still a horrible thing!

All the antibiotics in the world didn't heal it. Her apnea had her breathing stop like 100 x an hr. She was small and under weight. I had to sleep with her to continual reposition her. When she was big enough, she had her tonsils removed. We had to spend several days in intensive care, as her body didn't have a normal breathing rhythm. She will still test positive for a quick strep test. This is of course not typical of strep.

Oh my! That's so scary! So thankful everything is good now! I hate when my kids are sick.
