Thank you for that compliment, but I guess the main problem is the time difference. I guess most of you americans (although you also have different time zones over there) check and upvote those meme here in the morning and after work/school. If I wanted to have more upvotes, I would have adapt my submission time to US standard time. This isn't possible for me, because of a word, consisting of four letters: B-O-S-S

Yeah it was pretty early, still good memes are good memes. I submit a lot of original templates so I never know when they are going to feature, so I understand where you are coming from.
