Nope, I've watched them replace the wheels. Homeless guys are handy! Rag and patch dumpster dived tools and plenty of mother of invention!

I actually saw something inside of a grocery store that made my jaw drop. A woman was pushing a cart, and was having a bit of trouble with the wheels. She stopped in the aisle that had cooking spray. And without batting an eye, she took a can off the shelf, and gave each wheel a spritz, then recapped the can, put it back on the shelf, and continued down the aisle after giving the cart a lube and service.

Oh,I hope it was not in Price chopper Glens Falls,N.Y. or Marsh grocery Indiana.I can't be the only one to have ever done that, I hope
