GIVING MEDICAL ADVICE TO SOMEONE WITH NO IDEA OF THEIR HEALTH OR MEDICINES THEY TAKE IS PLAYING WITH THEIR LIFE

folks this is a meme site nothing more. i saw a person giving medical advice that has killed a cousin of mine and 2 friends. they thought nothing of what they were doing because it was "safe". i don't know about anyone else but "safe" does not equal 3 suicides to me. safe is where you get advice from a person who has at least went to school for medicine maybe like A DOCTOR. they don't have all the answers but they sure have more knowledge about medicine than some whack job making a meme about getting off antidepressants and giving percentage to reduce dosage that are as consistent as a random number generator.

One should always get the advice of a professional:)

sometimes the cure is worse than the disease.. i tend to have a bit more confidence in the person that went to school than some random person that has a "support group" that can't agree on very basic things.

I had open heart surgery 8 years ago. Ended up with an artificial valve. My surgeon was somewhat surprised I didn't ask more questions. I told him he went to school for heart surgery, I didn't. I had to put faith in him. He is the best.

In my family, we have one medical professional: my sister is a nurse. When it came time to decide what to do about Mom, we turned to her to make the decision. Well, to help usake the decision none of us wanted to make. The hardest decision any of us could ever make. But she was able to express Mom wasn't with us any longer. Only the shell remained.

i feel for your sister. that's a hard choice to make and some people refuse to understand that the decision hurts her as much as it hurts them. well i hope it wasn't like that for you and your family.

well i owe your doctor a thank you because if it wasn't for him i wouldn't have got to talk to one of the funniest guys on the site and a good funny person is worth their weight in gold
