This is better than a lot of memes I see with no effort. Memes like the example I've shown (90% of disaster girl memes summed up in one image) will get as much appreciation. 99 views? 10 upvotes?

The thing is with original templates like this, they can get buried with a late feature time like this one did. So people won't see it like a regular template such as disaster girl which goes right through and gets featured faster. I choose to make original templates knowing that, that's just what I prefer to do.

Is too bad it got buried so incredibly deep, is starting to bum me out I can't remember the last time I didn't get buried. Makes me not want to take the time to create templates sometimes...

It seems like the "shattered" memes did well. I think I saw Keanu and Grumpy Cat on the front page? Definitely the Kermit/Mordor one was on the front page.

Doesn't that kind of take the "buried" factor out (ie, it doesn't matter how deep they start, as long as people end up seeing them)?

I agree you make a strong point, I also sent a lot of links out so they would be seen. Guess not feeling well has turned me into a bit of a baby true, but it isn't a lie that custom template feature times have steadily gotten worse and worse. I'm sure I'll get out of my funk eventually. Thanks for changing my perspective can always count on you to open my eyes when I need it ;)

I don't see any problem with going into a funk occasionally. But the people on this site definitely appreciate your meme style. If you weren't making them like that, I'm sure they'd be missed!

But yeah, I believe you about the custom templates featuring lower. I've had a couple feature low and I've seen a couple of other users mention it too. :)

Thank you, I know without imgflippers I wouldn't be doing any of this, I just wonder what the issue is. The fact that we never gt any type of explanation is probably what bums me out. I am always one of the first to stick up for the mods, I just have trouble understanding exactly what the problem is...
