It's all relevant, because it all happened. We don't know the whole story because we weren't there, and even if we were we'd only have our own point of view. But it would be great if people were capable of learning and discussion without getting over emotional, attacking people, making it about being "right", making "sides", continuing wars that past generations already ended, and getting off on making new enemies for any excuse.

Unfortunately, there are those that lack intellect or ability to hold a conversation. They feel threatened by intelligence and resort to online bullying. That is what the report link is for. When it gets to that point, I hit it, and select bullying. I've utilized that three times, and made certain the attack of that magnitude was not provoked by my disrespect. One person I ended up reporting came looking for me as soon as his suspension was over, and did a single snipe at me in a totally different meme discussion. His only comment to me. It met my criteria, and another bullybteport

Yes. He's staying within bounds, but barely. One of the worst cases of an inferiority complex I've seen. One reason why I backed away from commenting. He is trying to instigate a flame war. Best advice? Reply to his comments, but ignore everything he says. He'll go ballistic as you continue to ignore what he has to say because it's unimportant. Bullies hate to be ignored. When he goes over the line, and he will, just hit the report button. He's been reported before, and sometimes behaves himself when he first returns. Don't bother threatening him with being reported: bullies thrive on that kind of attention.

On Usenet, I used to post memes totally un related to the bully's tiradecof the day.

I'd day the perfect response is to reply with NA recipes for various dishes. Quick Google, and you'll have a half dozen or more. As he gets angrier, post an Indian recipe for curry. I know, wrong Indians. He'll either leave and stop the disruption, because he's not adding anything, or become angry enough that you can report him.

It's kind of hypocritical to give a touchy feely day to peoples you gave loathesome diseases to, starved, degraded, murdered, and stole their hand. Really. I am all for getting rid of Columbus day, however, as Columbus day is like Germans celebrating the day Hitler was elected chancellor.

Yeah all I was really worried about while he was growing up with media was internet porn, PPV channels, death metal lyrics and the Television networks being turned upside down and inside out. That was enough as it was.

Haha denial ~~:) I was attacked like fifty times myself besides the bullying, our southern new england suburbia was (is) riddled with mafia, gangs, drug dealers and corrupt police, plus corrupt lawyers and stepford wives, many of whom had kids who would mimic their parents in the neighborhood and at school. Fun times. Yeah I must have blocked it out. Life was good when my Dad was still alive though, before that. At least for me.
