Just follow the red line. (actually, there's a thingie you click on to the right called "leaderboard" and then there's another link under that "top 100 users")
Go to front page. Look to your right. Besides HOT etc there's a place called "leaderboard". Click on the arrow pointing down. There you will see top users for the past seven days. Beneath that there's a little gray thingie called "All time top users". Click on that - viola
Okay, I did just find 'Top Users' in the list in my profile - how do I go about finding top users for the week?

Best way, log on this way :: www.imgflip.com. That gets you to the front page. Look to your right. There's leader board. Click on the down arrow. that's the seven days list. Go to end of list. There's all time top users.
Okay, that worked. I dunno what it is that I can't get in the 'usual' way, other than the way I search with the browser? 'Leaderboard' just doesn't appear when I go in as I do. But thanks! You are the queen up on that list.
I actually have to do some work. At least it takes me away from a political 'discussion' with Ninja2016. I must confess it was entertaining. Hate to be pompous but it's a bit like watching a kitten batting a too big ball of yarn. ;)
Shabs is the ace of imgflip. I notice where you just surpassed me in points yourself even though I started about seven months earlier. I was kinda clunky starting out. I need to learn the art from you ladies. :)
I had the summer off. It's a bit more difficult now. I have lots of meme ideas that are custom memes. I have a hard time knowing when to post them because I would like to be able to respond should someone decide to do so.

I just make memes and let them land where they will. If some get seen by people I care about, like my imgflip friends, to me, that's all what matters. Corny as it may sound?
I used to do all custom memes, but I found out the game can be fun so I've done more templates as of late. That and stayed away from the political ones (somewhat). My trouble now is that I find little time for work. ;)
WHY IS IT WHEN THEY GET BEHIND THE WHEEL THAT DRIVERS THINK; THEY SUDDENLY DEVELOP A SHIELD OF INVISIBILITY AND THE REST OF US CAN'T SEE THEM PICK THEIR NOSES?
