There are memes that are tagged NSFW but still featured that, IMHO, shouldn't even be featured. Example, the "panty" user (sorry, I don't remember his/her actual username). It usually shows a d**do that is a realistic p**is and balls. If we're not supposed to have nudity, how does that get featured?
To your point, (Dick Van Dyke), yes, they are overzealous on words that have more than one meaning and tagging them NSFW.
