Hey guys, I see what the problem is. Just bend over to take a look. There is a 5th person in the photo between the girls. The answer is in the comment below the photo. "Look down to find whats going on" You and the 5th person take on the same perspective. The 5th person in the photo is bending down to look at what is going on with the bike. Look at the photo from above... the woman's knee on the right is the head, while her thigh is his left arm.
