That's weird :/ it usually takes something being offensive which this isn't, or a lot of people or one person with a lot of alternate accounts downvoting it. I simply don't understand why anybody would have a problem with this meme sorry that happened to you...

I've never had one go back to submission, but I've had a run in with a person who's name I will not speak that has a lot of alts and will downvote my memes relentlessly. I wish imgflip could handle things like that better but they can't keep up with people who delete and remake accounts constantly. Eventually they get mad at somebody else and move on, wish I had a better answer for you than that...
