A few helpful suggestions if points/comments are a priority:
The font in the top box is pretty small, if people can't read it easily, they'll probably move on.
It kind of comes across as complaining, most folks avoid upvoting, and especially giving positive comments to those types of memes.
Several of the items in your list are controversial. If you want mass appeal, avoid controversial topics. Some people are very good at political satire, but it's difficult to do well.
The "only good memes" part of the sentence throws me off grammatically. Would "good but not great memes have been a better way to phrase it? Word choice makes or breaks success. A minor spelling mistake isn't necessarily the kiss of death, but grammar is more difficult to over come.
