I drive 5 to 10 mph over the speed limit. Most police won't bother because the fine and time is to low to bother with.
I was cruising along at 78MPH when a guy going 90 blows my doors off. Cop heading other direct turns around in the crossover, and goes After the speeder I pull over to let him pass.
Five miles down the road, the cop has him pulled over. I smile at wave at the speeder.
