Oh sorry. I know you asked me that before. Apart from H2O's meme, the only one who I remember making memes along those lines is Lynch1979. If you look through her memes you'll see a couple.
The main problem with what you're describing is that 1 person is not likely to be able to "sum up" site etiquette. There are differing views.
What we mostly do on imgflip is people make memes about 1 issue at a time (if it's bothering them). For example, every now and then you see memes on the topic of "if you're commenting on a meme, why not upvote it?" etc.
But if you think you can do one, give it a try. You never know. :)
