I spent several years in customer service at various industries, including cab driver. I hated getting these clowns, but usually my hands were tied on how to treat them. I even drove cab for a while and put one such (expletive deleted) out in the cold, literally. Below 0 degrees Celsius. She was lucky it was a nice night.
Now, I suspect Lyft has canceled her account and she'll try to get an Uber one. It will be interesting to see How long THAT lasts.
