Because star wars 7 was all about making money. It was really just a bad re-make of all the other movies crammed into two hours.

It has its problems, and its a clone of episode 4 for sure, but that doesn't make it bad. George Lucas wanted new films to be made.

$20?! That's a freakin' ripoff for a guy who only appears in for about a couple of seconds! I'd make it more like $5, save the real money for BB-8 and Finn, and other important characters.

Yeah it's a figure from the black series. The figures themselves are high quality but why Hasbro chose that character is beyond me.
