Marinate steak overnight (or a couple days) in a mixture of red wine vinegar, cherry cola (RC works best) garlic, pepper, and soy sauce. You can cut it with a plastic spork.

Next time my college cafe serves steak, I'll make sure to remember this!

Yes, recommend this marinade to the chef. I was just giving the shorthand version. My secret recipe marinade contains 4 types of vineger, two of which j prepare personally. A few other spices, for flavor, and Apple or orange juice. Slow cook on my kettle grill. Mmmm.

Unless you're at a 5 Star restaurant that serves aged beef, I recommend stick with the hamburger.

Yeah, I don't think I have the power to ask my chefs if they could do that...
