I hate it when I have to go somewhere important and my garage door decides to get stuck, or the spring mechanism breaks. It was frozen shut once too.

Oh yikes. Fortunately I haven't had that happen to me yet. Although, my complex did once accidentally charge me for the replacement of my neighbor's garage door, lol.
