It actually does have an app version, but without the actual app. It's more mobile friendly. I use my phone more than half the time for this, but I do know what you're getting at. Upvoted for agreeance.

Most app versions of web sites take years before they gain all the same features of the site, if ever. Better to have a mobile-friendly site than a half backed app.
