Just think. Had this law been around when I was a boy, Ronald Reagan would not have been allowed to vote. It is the modern poll tax of elections.
And, when you consider the actual fraud used in voting versus the actual fraud used by the other things mentioned, voting can be downright honest. Last national election, I heard of one case: some whacko Republican that tried to vote twice in Vegas.
