Well, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), part of our Federal Government has come out to say that the Gadsden flag is racist.

Perhaps they'd like to ban Metallica's self titled album (aka the "Black Album") because it has the snake on the front cover and a song titled "Don't Tread on Me".

The first amendment allows racists to speak. Not sure I understand the logic here. The first amendment doesn't say, you have freedom of speech and no one is allowed to call you racist. We have the 1st amendment right to call you racist.
